Angel Foster is an Associate at Ibis Reproductive Health and also serves as the Coordinator of the Arab World Regional EC Network. Kate Rath is is the Program Coordinator for the Access program at the International Planned Parenthood Federation/Western Hemisphere Region. Dr. Nono Simelela is the the Director of Technical Knowledge and Support at the International Planned Parenthood Federation. She is joined by Maryse Hodgson, also of IPPF, as co-representative to the Steering Committee. Veronica Schiappacasse is a midwife, public health specialist, and the Executive Director of Fundación Prosalud in Chile. Martha Bradey is the Senior Associate at the Population Council working in Poverty, Youth and Gender, and HIV and AIDS programs.  M.E. Khan is a Senior Programme Associate and Regional Associate Director of FRONTIERS Program at the Population Council for Asia and Near East Region.    Angel Foster is an Associate at Ibis Reproductive Health and also serves as the Coordinator of the Arab World Regional EC Network. Jill Keesbury is a Program Associate at Population Council in Nairobi where she coordinates the EC network for Africa, ECafrique. Emelina Quintillan is the Asia Pacific Network for EC (APNEC) Coordinator, based at the Pacific Institute for Women's Health, where she is the Senior Program Officer (Asia). Jimmy Telleria is the Executive Director of the Social Training Research Center (CISTAC), and also is the Latin American Consortium for Emergency Contraception (LACEC/CLAE) Coordinator.
