This database provides articles from the peer reviewed scientific literature. These articles are gathered on a semi-annual basis by the World Health Organization; ICEC then compiles them to this database, searchable by author name, journal, keyword, and date.





EC Status and Availability

Dedicated emergency contraceptive pills (ECPs) are now available in most countries of the world. This database lists the brand names of registered dedicated ECPs (packaged and labeled specifically for EC use), and can be searched by country, manufacturer, and pill brand name.





Publications and Materials

ICEC member agencies, other agencies, and ICEC itself have created numerous materials related to EC introduction. These include program tools, materials for clients, advocacy materials, training curriculums, policy statements, and more. These can be searched by suggested use, languages available, producer name, date created, and keyword.
