ICEC has created a number of publications designed
to address EC issues on every level of program
management.
Resources for
Programs includes materials for early stages
of program planning, including guidelines for
EC introduction programs, sample materials,
and our widely distributed Medical and Service
Delivery Guidelines (look for an update to the Guidelines in 2011!).
ICEC's Policy Statements are useful tools
addressing EC access and can be used to inform
policy makers and health officials that EC
is an effective and safe reproductive health
choice for women of all ages. Statements address Safety of ECPs, How ECPs work to prevent pregnancy, EC and Medical Abortion, and other key topics.
Emergency Contraception Fast Facts provides a general overview and answers questions such as "What is EC? What methods are currently available? Is EC safe?"
Advocacy Materials includes talking points for spokespersons and a Q & A for decision makers.
Past issues of ICEC/ASEC
Newsletters report EC activities and announcements
from all over the world.
