The Consortium began its work by introducing a dedicated EC product in four countries: Sri Lanka, Kenya, Mexico, and Indonesia. The challenges, successes, and lessons learned from these experiences were carefully documented and form the basis for many of the Consortium's materials. Case studies describing the Consortium's efforts in these first four countries, as well as other case studies generated by Consortium members, are presented here. New case studies will be added periodically.
